6 THINGS WITH INTERIOR STYLIST RACHEL FORSLUND

Time and again, our partnerships with interior stylists prove to be the driving force behind our growth and expansion. We're delighted to announce a partnership with Rachel Forslund whose expertise and creative vision bring storytelling to life through color, texture, and composition, creating captivating, harmonious spaces.

We’ve been working closely with Rachel as we expand our Vault — a private collection of unreleased and rare works of art that truly elevate any project. Partnering with Rachel gives us invaluable insights into how new pieces resonate, fueling our ongoing innovation and product development. Best of all, any booking with Rachel grants you access to the INK + PORCELAIN Vault alongside our core collection.

Rachel Forslund is an interior and hospitality stylist based in San Francisco. She has collaborated with diverse commercial clients — including Duckhorn Wine Portfolio, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Four Seasons, and Compass — and her work has appeared in Vogue Living, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Luxe, The New York Times, and Homes & Gardens.

1. What started it all for you?

I have been a lover of design, particularly interiors, for as long as I can remember. Some of my favorite childhood memories are mapping out a full day of antiquing with my mom, or making sure not to miss that one special shot on a family trip. After a leap of faith and desire for warmer climates brought me to California, I pursued my degree in graphic design and quickly realized that the 9-5 corporate life was not for me. I took an even bigger leap of faith, left my job and stability, and started my interior styling business. Fast forward 6 years, I've had the pleasure of styling projects featured in AD, Vogue, House Beautiful and more, and have met so many incredibly talented people along the way.

"There is nothing I love more than when a space evokes emotion within you - when you walk into a room and get a feeling of ease or excitement. My goal as an interior stylist is to build on what a designer has created, and with the finishing touches, make you feel something when you walk into a space." -Rachel Forslund
